Hi, I’m Claudia Baron — founder of Claudia Baron Consulting and a lifelong problem-solver with a passion for getting deals done, growing businesses, and helping people thrive.

With over two decades of experience in private equity, I’ve worn many hats: investor, operator, advisor, and connector. I’ve led fund investment strategies for multi-billion-dollar portfolios, helped structure successful exits, and rolled up my sleeves as CEO and CFO of private equity–backed companies.

Today, I partner with GPs and portfolio teams to unlock value through strategic relationships, smart transactions, and creative business solutions.

But outside the boardroom? I’m probably on a hiking trail, playing a competitive game of pickleball, digging in the garden, or sketching out a home design project. I love fast cars, good food, and any chance to surf a wave (or at least try).
